Project Description
At Chamber Training, I acted as an all-over marketer, managing the complete 360-degree marketing scope for both B2B and B2C audiences. I took full ownership of our social media ecosystem, managing our TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn channels. This required a highly adaptable approach: I produced professional industry updates to engage local employers on LinkedIn, while simultaneously creating high-energy, relatable content to drive enrolments from potential apprentices aged 16+.
My role went far beyond social media management. I acted as an internal content creator and copywriter, handling the full lifecycle for our news and media outlets. This included writing targeted feature articles and producing video case studies to showcase the real-world impact of our programmes. I also mentored a Marketing Assistant to ensure our brand standards remained consistent across all digital and print collateral. Whether I was managing traditional print projects or launching digital campaigns, my focus was always on bridging the gap between community-focused engagement and high-level commercial training promotion.
