MCS Control Systems
I implement marketing strategies and plans working alongside the sales team to support them in achieving their key performance indicators to drive sales. Across the company, I liaise with senior managers to uphold the brand image and ensure consistency. I have worked on various projects, for example, developing a new website from research, data analysis, wireframe, design and planning with developers. My skillset allows me to use my graphic design experience to provide professional assets to aid my marketing plans, such as flyers, adverts, signage, social media posts, banners, photography and much more. I also established a system to allow staff and customers to register their GDPR consent with the company. This process gave me the information required to take photography and videography for future marketing assets. I then became support for GDPR-related concerns due to my knowledge in this area.
I write content for all collateral, including partner portals (Routeco, Siemens and Rockwell.), case studies and articles promoted in PBS magazine, C&W Chamber of Commerce and others. Due to the nature of the role, it is also beneficial for me to visit sites so I can see projects first-hand and meet with the customers to collect testimonials and create an ongoing relationship to put together a case study. MCS's social media struggled before I joined the company because no one kept the various platforms running. Since I took over, engagement and impressions have increased by 300%. I work with external businesses for merchandise, print collateral, audio branding and uniform.
